атах̣ парам̇ правакшйа̄ми
вам̇ш́а̄н манвантара̄н̣и ча
эвам̇ раджах̣-плутах̣ срашт̣а̄
калпа̄дишв а̄тмабхӯр харих̣
ср̣джатй амогха-сан̇калпа
а̄тмаива̄тма̄нам а̄тмана̄

Перевод

Теперь я расскажу тебе о потомках Ману. В начале каждой калпы наделенный энергией Господа творец, Брахма (воплощение Личности Бога, которое отвечает за гуну страсти), преисполненный непоколебимой решимости, создает вселенную.
Материальный космос представляет собой экспансию одной из многочисленных энергий Верховной Личности Бога; и творец, и творение являются эманациями единой Высшей Истины, о чем сказано в самом начале «Бхагаватам»: джанма̄дй асйа йатах̣.
Так заканчивается комментарий Бхактиведанты к десятой главе Третьей песни «Шримад-Бхагаватам», которая называется «Этапы творения».

ataḥ paraṁ pravakṣyāmi
vaṁśān manvantarāṇi ca
evaṁ rajaḥ-plutaḥ sraṣṭā
kalpādiṣv ātmabhūr hariḥ
sṛjaty amogha-saṅkalpa
ātmaivātmānam ātmanā

Перевод

Now I shall describe the descendants of the Manus. The creator, Brahmā, as the incarnation of the passion mode of the Personality of Godhead, creates the universal affairs with unfailing desires in every millennium by the force of the Lord’s energy.
The cosmic manifestation is an expansion of one of the many energies of the Supreme Personality of Godhead; the creator and the created are both emanations of the same Supreme Truth, as stated in the beginning of the Bhāgavatam: janmādy asya yataḥ [SB 1.1.1].
Thus end the Bhaktivedanta purports of the Third Canto, Tenth Chapter, of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, entitled “Divisions of the Creation.”
