govinda-prekṣaṇākṣepi-
bāṣpa-pūrābhivarṣiṇam
uccair anindad ānandam
aravinda-vilocanā

"The lotus-eyed Rādhārāṇī powerfully condemned the ecstatic love that caused a flow of tears that hindered Her sight of Govinda."
This verse is also from Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu (2.3.54).
